This is the second time I have called Mark to fix my window. Yes I have had bad luck on two separate occasions. Mark goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of and he has great pride in his work. I have had safelite from Geico come out to repair my windshield and they do not deliver the quality of results that Mark delivers his customers. This time a huge chunk was taken out of my windshield and I didn't think it was possible for Mark to salvage it but it came out better than I expected. I'll be calling Mark again if I have another unfortunate rock incident.

Got a rock chip in my windshield driving to Austin this weekend, maybe a bit smaller than a dime but it was pretty deep. Called Mark (the owner) and got a quote. I texted him my office address, and a little while later he was at my office and my windshield was fixed. Super nice guy, quick service, quality work, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Can't ask for a whole lot more! And he takes credit cards which was nice since I didn't want to go through my insurance for it. I'd definitely recommend them!

Mark did a fantastic job on my small crack.  Very professional and courteous. The rock chip is barely noticeable and looks more like a speck of dirt. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and would call him again if I am unfortunate to get another rock chip. Let's keep the dollars local and help out the smaller shops out there! BTW, I was not given any discounts or paid for this review.
