Had a 2010 BMW 325i. For some reason it attracted rocks from everyday driving on 59 and had several cracks. I had to get a completely new windshield. Although there are good reviews on here, I was VERY nervous about taking it to some random hole in the wall place in the ghetto. I'll just be VERY straight up. Yes, I have a BMW and should have money to go to a "fancy" place, but I like to save money, too.
Other places were charging $400-$600. I called and they told me $175. I was VERY skeptical because the guy didn't speak clear English and the location was sketchy. So, I told my mom and friend where I was going in case I got kidnapped, but it wasn't that bad and I have no regrets! If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, or any high-end luxury car, do NOT be nervous. It will be just as great as going to another place just to say you did.
Go here and save money. Bring CASH! They do not accept cards, at least on the day I went and their ATM fee is high, I paid it twice because the mac you can withdraw is like $140.

Had a bad crack in my windshield and needed it replaced. Called and got a quote for $110 w/o tax for the replacement. Very reasonable considering some of the other quotes I received. I have an older Toyota sedan. Brought the car in early Saturday morning and they started the replacement right away. The place isn't in a very good neighborhood and it could use a slight "face lift" but that's all cosmetic. Service is very straightforward and to the point, not a lot of friendly banter, which is fine with me, I enjoyed the directness. It took about 45 minutes from start to finish and I was out of there with a new windshield. I didn't leave 5 stars because the tech who replaced my windshield didn't properly hide/tuck away some of the wiring for my rear view mirror, so it shows slightly at the top of my window, just slightly. Other than that it was great and relatively inexpensive. It's been over a week and the windshield is holding up very well. I'm happy with the service. All in it cost me about $120, and they ONLY TAKE CASH... They have an ATM in the lobby if you forget.
