My wife and I needed a windshield replacement and decided to give Magic Glass a try.  We were given a very fair price from the office manager (Nick, I believe).  Our only issue occurred when the office manager forgot to change our appointment time, which caused my wife to stay home all day from work.

We spoke to Nick, who was able to help as best as he could.  We were extremely pleased when we spoke to Ron, the owner of the business.  He was extremely pleasant and helpful.  He compensated us for the issue and was evening willing to throw in a free dinner on him!

Being one that works in management/customer service, I was extremely impressed by Ron's timeliness and willingness to help and apologize for the inconvenience.

We will be using Magic Glass for all other repairs/replacement and highly recommend that you do the same!

Talk to Nick about my replacement,had one of his workers come Saturday. Came on time and replaced it within hour! Looks great! Happy with the service I got and price! Will use again!

To add to all the great reviews - I worked with Ron to replace a cracked windshield and was thoroughly impressed.  He was extremely respectable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the install and product was to my expectation.  It's clear that this business is his baby and he takes good care of it!  I will go to Ron with any car issues I have in the future and recommend you do too!
